Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by a technical service provider on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in the Falkenstein data centre (Germany). When you visit, technical access data is processed automatically (so-called server log files, e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type). This serves the trouble-free and secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). The data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU in this process.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, your details are stored in order to process your inquiry and answer possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry concerns a possible collaboration, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in being able to answer inquiries. Providing your data is voluntary, but without it your inquiry cannot be answered. This data is not passed on without your consent and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Appointment booking
To book the free initial call, this website links to the scheduling tool TidyCal. Merely displaying this website does not transmit any data to TidyCal. Only when you click the link do you leave this website and arrive at TidyCal (Sumo Group Inc., 1305 E. 6th St #3, Austin, TX 78702, USA). There you enter your details (e.g. name, email address, preferred appointment) yourself. Jannik Conrady processes them in order to carry out the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your details may be transferred to the USA in the process. For such transfers, TidyCal's data processing agreement (tidycal.com/dpa) provides for the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Your details are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the appointment and a possible collaboration and no statutory retention obligations apply. TidyCal may set cookies on the booking page; this website has no influence on that. For processing there, TidyCal's privacy notices also apply.

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. Your language selection is not stored; it follows from the address of the page (/de or /en).
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are delivered together with the website from the same server. There is no connection to Google servers.
